Shipping and Returns Policy
This policy applies to all online purchases made directly through www.belladonalddesigns.com.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Important Notes:
- Belladonald Designs does not cover return shipping costs.
- We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from third-party retailers or online stockists, as these operate independently from Belladonald Designs.
Full-Priced Items
Items purchased at full price are eligible for either a refund or store credit, subject to our return conditions. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale, marked down, or bought using a promotional code or discount at checkout (including events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Flash Sales) are eligible for store credit only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items, unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Items marked Final Sale are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.
International Returns
International orders are shipped via DPD and FedEx. Duties, taxes, and shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where an item is deemed faulty.
Customers may return international orders using any secure shipping method. Please ensure your parcel is clearly marked “Return Goods – Art, Craft and Fashion” on all shipping documentation. Failure to do so may result in additional customs or duty charges.
Belladonald Designs is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit when sent via private carriers.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a standard processing timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

SHIPPING
International Shipping Policy
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges once the shipment arrives in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or determined by Belladonald Designs.
Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control and may affect delivery timeframes. Customs regulations vary by country; for further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
By placing an international order with Belladonald Designs, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for all incurred duties, taxes, customs fees, and the cost of returning the parcel to our UK address. These charges will be deducted from any applicable merchandise refund.
Delivery During Sale Periods
Due to the increased volume of orders during promotional and sale periods, same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please note that UK next-day delivery services are not available during sale periods.
